Fall Festival/Walkathon

On Tuesday, October 11th Schallenberger will be having our school Walkathon, this year's theme is Peace, Love, Schallenberger. Be sure to come in comfortable pants/shorts, don't worry about your shirt though because we'll be sporting this year's blue tie-dye WAT shirt PROVIDED AT SCHOOL.
On Friday, October 14th from 5-8:00 we'll have our Fall Festival. There will be fun games, food, and friends all on our very own schooll's blacktop! Don't miss it!

Renaissance Home Connect

Our school uses Renaissance Learning which tracks our progress in Reading(AR) and Math(AM and Math Facts in a Flash). To check your progress from home go to our Useful Links page and select Renaissance Home Connect. Your login is your AR login.

Native Americans Newscast Project

Currently Mr. Kolda's class is working on a project in which each table group (red and orange are working together) create a newscast featuring information on a Native America tribe of thier choosing.
Here are the table colors and the tribe they chose:
 
Red and Orange are doing the Olmec
Yellow is doing the Makah
Green 1 is doing the Hopi
Green 2 is doing the Maya
Blue 1 is doing the Apache
Blue 2 is doing the Pueblo
Purple is doing the Great Plains

Fall Festival

The Schallenberger Fall Festival is coming up on Friday, October 14th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. At the Fall Festival you can: buy dinner, buy game and food booth tickets, bid at the auction, and volunteer. There is more info on the newsletter in the Forms and Docs page it is labeled Fall Festival Info.

School Library

Today Mr. Kolda's class went to the library. We were not allowed to check-out books. In order to check-out books we need to have our Library Permission Slip filled out. if you need one you can find a form in Forms and Docs labeled Lib. Form.
